Customers should not expose a product to a microwave, oven, stovetop, open flame, dishwasher, freezer, boiling water, or other extreme conditions unless the product's specific instructions expressly indicate that such use is appropriate.

Improper temperature exposure can cause deformation, cracking, discoloration, deterioration, or other damage.

If an order is canceled after payment has been captured, an appropriate refund will generally be issued.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing, but typographical, technical, inventory, or other errors may occasionally occur.

If a material error affects an order, we may contact the customer regarding available options before fulfillment where reasonably practicable.

11. Shipping Charges

Urban Drape Supply currently provides:

  • Free shipping for orders of $10.00 or more; and
  • $5.99 shipping for orders below $10.00.

12. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy.

Customers should inspect tableware and lunch boxes before washing or using them because products that have been exposed to food, beverages, water, detergents, or other substances may not qualify for a standard change-of-mind return.

Website text, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, logos, page designs, layouts, and other original materials may be owned by or licensed to RGP & COMPANY, INC. or the applicable rights holder.

Unauthorized copying, commercial reproduction, republication, modification, distribution, or exploitation may violate applicable intellectual-property rights.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Unless another law is mandatorily applicable, these Terms are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of the State of Florida.

Mandatory federal and state consumer protections remain unaffected.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our products, website, business operations, or legal obligations change.

The revised version becomes effective when posted unless another effective date is stated.
